Nanostructured Composite Polymer Materials Laboratory
Laboratory direction
Scientific research is being conducted in two main directions:
- fundamental studies of energy conversion processes using nanohybrid and polymer-based systems built from perovskites, conjugated polymers, and alternative energy sources;
- the development of nanocomposite polymer blend materials based on polyolefins produced in Uzbekistan.
These projects aim to advance modern energy technologies and promote the efficient use of local polymer resources.

Nanostructured Composite Polymer Materials Laboratory
Scientific research projects funded through basic financing sources are currently being carried out in two main directions.
Direction I focuses on the topic:
“Fundamental research on energy conversion processes in nanohybrid and polymer-based systems using alternative energy sources, perovskites, and conjugated polymers.”
This line of research aims to contribute to the development of efficient, cost-effective, and environmentally friendly technologies for addressing modern energy challenges. The studies investigate the interaction between perovskite materials and conjugated polymers, their behavior within nanohybrid structures, and the physicochemical principles underlying energy conversion processes in such systems.
Direction II is dedicated to the topic:
“Development of nanocomposite polymer-polymer blend materials based on domestically produced polyolefins (with a fundamental research orientation).”
This research seeks to create high-performance nanocomposite polymer materials using local raw materials. The investigations focus on the compatibility and interaction mechanisms between polyolefins and other polymers, the reinforcement effects of nanoscale additives, and the structure–property relationships of the resulting materials. These efforts are aimed at enhancing the potential of Uzbekistan’s polymer industry through scientific innovation.
