The main tasks of the Institute of Chemical Physics and Problems of the Academy of Sciences of the Republic of Uzbekistan: - development and deepening of research in the field of nanochemistry, nanophysics, nanotechnology of high-molecular compounds; - fundamental and applied research of natural and synthetic polymers, nanocomposite materials; - creation of alternative third-generation energy sources on a polymer basis; - creation and implementation in the sectors of the economy of domestic polymer preparations and materials.
Research areas of the Institute: - fundamental and applied research of natural and synthetic polymers, nanocomposite materials; - synthesis and study of biologically active synthetic and natural polymers and their derivatives and creation on their basis of highly effective technologies and preparations for medicine, veterinary science and agriculture; - research of the kinetics and mechanism of chemical modification of polymers; - conducting in-depth research in the field of nanocomposite polymer materials in the interests of meeting the needs of various sectors of the economy and the national economy of Uzbekistan. - creation of alternative third-generation energy sources on a polymer basis; - development of new and improvement of existing technologies for the synthesis and processing of synthetic and natural polymers, including nanopolymers.
Laboratory of Physical and Chemical Research Methods
