Admission Process Stages:

Document Submission: Applications are accepted from September 15 to October 15, 2026, through the unified electronic system.

Entrance Exams: Entrance exams for doctoral studies will be held between November 1 and November 25, 2026.
-
Specialty Exam: Applicants for basic doctoral studies take an exam in their specialty subject.
-
Research Presentation: For specialties prioritized for scientific personnel training, the entrance exam is replaced by a presentation of the research work.
-
Interview: Interviews are conducted with candidates applying for internship-researcher and doctoral positions.

Requirements for Applicants:
For Basic Doctoral (PhD) Applicants:

Possession of a master's degree diploma from a higher education institution or a diploma of higher education obtained before the master's degree was established.

Having certain scientific achievements, including at least one scientific article published in scientific journals and publications that can form the basis of the dissertation research, and two thesis abstracts included in collections of scientific works on relevant scientific directions at scientific-practical conferences.

Possession of a national or equivalent certificate confirming a foreign language proficiency of at least level B1 for all fields.

Ability to use modern information and communication technologies, including the Internet.
For Doctoral (DSc) Applicants:

Possession of a Kandidat of Sciences or Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) degree, or equivalent scientific degrees obtained in foreign countries.

Achieving significant scientific results after obtaining the PhD or equivalent degree, including at least three scientific articles published in scientific journals that can form the basis of a Doctor of Science (DSc) dissertation, and at least two thesis abstracts in collections of scientific works for scientific-practical conferences, seminars, and relevant scientific directions.

Possession of a national or equivalent certificate confirming a foreign language proficiency of at least level B1.

Ability to use modern information and communication technologies, including the Internet.
