The FluoTime 300 is a high performance fluorescence spectrometer for materials science, life science, and photochemistry applications. Our fully automated setup contains complete optics and electronics for recording steady-state spectra as well as fluorescence decays by means of Time-Correlated Single Photon Counting (TCSPC) or Multichannel Scaling (MCS) from a few picoseconds to several seconds.

Measure the I-V characteristics of many devices including photovoltaics, LEDs and OLEDs, transistors, and more. The source measure unit contains four instruments on one board — two SMUs (voltage source, current sense) and two precision voltage sense channels. The FRA32M provides the means to perform impedance and electrochemical impedance measurements in combination with the Autolab. This module allows one to perform both potentiostatic and galvanostatic impedance measurements over a wide frequency range of 10 µHz to 32 MHz (limited to 1 MHz in combination with the Autolab PGSTAT).
